It's been awhile I know. I've been so busy around here. I wanted to get some pics on here of my grandson's first Christmas and I finally have time. Here they are

Well, Christmas really came up on us fast. I didn't get a chance to decorate like I usually do or anything. My family will be here soon and we will get to see our grandson opening his presents on his first Christmas. We can't wait. My younger son and his girlfriend will be here soon also and we are planning a nice family dinner. My husband is the cook. I did my baking last night. I'll be posting some pictures later on. Tomorrow we are going to Ct. to his sisters to spend time with his family and a bit of time with some of mine. Maybe I'll have some good pictures from that visit. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

I made my niece Dominique her costume this year . Her and her brother Salvatore are like grandchildren to me and my husband. I love to sew for her.

Every year at this time, my sil comes up from Ct. to take my husband and me out for dinner for our anniversary. While she is here, we go to the craft stores and find some project to work on. She usually makes a new wreath for me for the holidays. This year we didn't get much of anything fro projects but when we got home, I showed her my fall items that I got last year. I told her to create. She did. I just love this look. You really can't appreciate it in this picture. the lighting isn't good. In the dark it looks beautiful. The leaves have glitter on them and the lights I just got from Joann's. They're yellow,gold and brown. I never saw those colors together before in mini lights.

Last Halloween

Last year we really went decorating crazy outside the house. I really loved the way it looked. I'm not sure if I want to do it up the same way or change it

I just love the style of these chairs. I got two of them. I don't know what to paint them. I'll have to think about it. They are in my very messy craft room right now waiting to get attention. I got two of them.
